Depths is moving faster than anticipated, many thanks to those who have ordered and supported. I'll be taking individual orders for a few more but after that the rest will be saved for a spring tour, details to follow.

Sunken Cheek - Residuals is a 1 page zine that was made last September for Syracuse's Assault City Fest. The zine was free and 25 copies or so were made. Later, the words were put to sound in 3 parts. These tracks are a mess of drones, harsh noise, delays, loops and feedback .A gushing flow of internal/external hatred. Nothing lost, nothing gained. In keeping with the original idea in mind, these songs are free for download.

Depths

Sunken Cheek - Depths CS

Recorded in Fall of 2011, Depths is a tape consisting of two 15 minute songs: Depths and Shell. Synth drones, feedback/reverb layers and springs were merged with harsher noise to bring two stories to light. Whispered tales of habitat destruction and adaptation provide outline.

It's been a busy fall. Thanks to all that have ordered tapes and especially those that helped out with the Sunken Cheek weekend. I was very grateful to play with so many talented artists my first time out.

I'm currently in the process of recording and designing a c30 that will feature 2 tracks. There will be corresponding early 2012 Syracuse shows for this release and more than likely, a Northeastern weekend as well.
